The negotiations regarding the private education sector between OAJ and the Finnish Education Employers were finalised as the parties were able to agree on a solution.
The negotiations regarding the private education sector between OAJ and the Finnish Education Employers were finalised as the parties were able to agree on a solution. This solution applies to more than 9,000 members of the OAJ.
The content of the agreement will be published only after the agreement parties’ administrations have gone over the solution. The OAJ Income and Payroll Policy Committee and the Executive Board will address the solution during their meetings in the beginning of next week.
The Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors JHL and the Federation of Public and Private Sector Employees Jyty are also parties to the agreement. All parties must accept the proposed negotiation result.
The negotiations concerning the teachers at adult educations centres are still in progress.
