Over 500 guests from all over the world are coming to Helsinki to follow Educa's international programme on January 24th and 25th.
Teachers are the key to success
OAJ's development manager Jaakko Salo believes that many international guests are keen to find out the secrets behind Finland's success in education.
– If you want to get to know one key element behind our great PISA results, I warmly recommend to get to know our teachers. They are the people behind the success, Salo says.
18 teachers reveal their superpowers
Salo asked teachers to reveal their "superpowers". 18 teachers responded with a short video message. Key superpowers include for example creativity, trust and social skills.
