Your OAJ membership card also serves as your travel insurance card. If you have not yet received your membership card or if it is lost, you can print up a travel insurance certificate to take with you when you travel.

Open the file in a word-processing program, add your name to the travel insurance certificate and print the certificate to take with you on your trip.
You can present the certificate instead of your membership card in a medical facility during your trip. If you require hospitalisation while abroad, or if you encounter problems at the medical facility, for example, in matters related to invoicing, contact the SOS emergency service indicated in the certificate. They will know what the insurance covers, and they will assist you if you encounter any problems.
The insured person is responsible for using the certificate only if he/she is covered by the insurance and his/her membership is valid. You can review the insurance contents, terms and conditions and instructions for filing a claim on the web page tailored specifically for OAJ members.
