A relaxing cottage getaway in Tirva, Kouvola
We don’t have our own summer cottage, so for two summers now, my family and I have taken advantage of the affordable rental cottages in Tirva, a holiday village 20 kilometres from our home in Kouvola. As a member of OAJ, we save hundreds of euros a year in rental costs. In some of the cottages, pets are allowed, so we even bring our dog with us. The cottages are clean and have all the amenities. What we like best about Tirva is the beautiful surroundings, good hiking paths and sauna by the water. The kids can play games and sports in the yard. Booking and paying for the cottage is easy online, as is getting the door code. Even the discounts on spa hotels are great for families.
